This Close Blue Puffin nappy wrap is a limited edition one-size popper nappy wrap and is made from an all new bio laminate material. Created to celebrate the launch of this new sustainable material, this birth-to-potty reusable nappy cover is perfect for use as a two-part nappy system and features a cute Puffin design across a cloud blue background with a teal trim.

By using corn starch in the manufacturing process, close pop-in nappies are supporting the planet by using lower impact materials and helping to conserve precious natural resources. Approximately 20-30% of the TPU laminate waterproof layer comes from this renewable plant-based source, reducing the non-renewable resources needed to make this nappy. Made by fermenting corn, the glucose that is released is turned into a bio-component that can be used within the waterproof TPU layer, making it a super low-impact plastic, with 48% less greenhouse gas emissions, and 46% less non-renewable energy being used.In addition to using bio laminate, 2 ½ recycled plastic bottles are used in each nappy, making this the most sustainable cloth nappy to date.

This birth-to-potty reusable nappy cover is perfect for using as a two-part nappy system or with inserts. It has a rock-solid breathable waterproof layer, double leg gussets and a fabulous print. Simply add your favourite absorbent insert or nappy and you're good to go. Sizing poppers on the front allow you to adjust from approx. 7-35lbs, this wrap is generously sized.
